This page give a overview about the accessibility of this site. The author show the currently most commonly used keyboard shortcuts, but he can't show it for any browser, because he doesn't own all browsers and os platforms.
How can I resize the text?
CTRL (+) or (-)
It will work with most browsers, but some have different shortcuts or no keyboard access.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5,5.5 and 6
The only possibility to resize the text is the menu "View" in the Microsoft Internet Explorer. Move down to "Text Size" and select between smallest or largest text size.
Opera
If you use this shortcut in Opera, so Opera resize the content in 100% steps. If you use the (+) or (-) on numeric pad, so Opera use 10% steps to resize the content.
Safari and iCab on MacOS
On MacOS there is no CTRL on the keyboard. Use the Command-Key and (+) or (-) to resize the content.
How can I navigate only with keyboard?
TAB key
Most browsers support the TAB key to navigate on a site. But not all browser.
Opera
The fastest keyboard shortcut to move from link to link is SHIFT and the Arrow keys. You can move up, down, left and right.
Enter key
With the ENTER-key you can choose the selected link.
Page up and Page down keys
With Page up/down you can fast scroll up or down in the page. Use the Arrow keys to scroll up/down only a few lines.
What will the ALT + F4 do?
ALT and F4
A quick close of the browser.
Safari on MacOS
On MacOS ALT and F4 will not work like in Windows. Use the Command-Key and q key. To close the browser window or tab use Command and w key.
